PRE-CONSTRUCTION - TERMITE CONTROL TREATMENT
The best way to stay termite free is to do the treatment before the building is constructed. The Ulltra Pre Construction Termite Control Treatment is carried out in 3 stages of construction which commences 2 feet below the plinth level and is accompanied by a 10 year guarantee.
POST CONSTRUCTION - THE TERMITE CONTROL TREATMENT
TERMI FREEZE - The termite control treatment is carried out for buildings, individual flats or offices where wood work has already been done. This treatment includes spraying of chemical on the brick wall before plastering or on raw plywood before any polishing is done or veneer is pasted on it. Special care is taken where drilling is not possible due to existing furniture. The treatment comprises of drilling holes at the wall and floor junction, then pouring in sufficient quantity of chemical and sealing it with cement, thus forming a chemical barrier from termite entry. Termite control treatments are available in 1 year and 5 year warranty contract.
BOREX - THE WOOD BORER CONTROL TREATMENT
BOREX - The Wood Borer control treatment is done while the furniture is being assembled. The chemical is sprayed on the raw plywood which prevents the plywood getting attacked by woodborers.
Where Wood Borers have already attacked they are controlled by injecting a specially formulated chemical in the holes with a syringe. The entire wood is also sprayed with insecticide. The insects are thus killed and further damage is prevented.
